Our automatic V-grooving machine is meticulously engineered to flawlessly cut V-shaped grooves across various materials, including thin paperboard, grey cardboard, paperboard, and MDF. Equipped with 18 sets of precision knives, this machine ensures consistent and accurate grooving with each operation.
Featuring a dual feeder system, our machine can simultaneously groove the length and width of the cardboard, optimizing efficiency and productivity. To maintain peak performance, our machine includes a built-in blade grinding machine, ensuring the grooving knives are always sharp and ready for action.
With same-side feeding and delivery of cardboard, our machine offers convenience and accelerates production, streamlining your workflow.
Powered by advanced technology, the automatic feeder part utilizes bearings to automatically correct the position of the board, resulting in impeccable accuracy and high-quality V-grooving.
